This means the listing_id you entered is wrong for some reason. In this example, our listing_id is 1210484537. For your error, the number will be different.
Solution:
Recheck your Shop Uploader report to confirm you are entering the correct listing_id.
Some common problems are:
- Typed the id wrong
- Missing numbers
- Out of order
- Too many numbers
- Copied a listing_id from a deleted listing
- Copied the wrong listing_id
