Why did my upload fail?

There are a few common reasons your upload failed.
You used an incorrect file format. Shop Uploader only accepts xlsx files.
There was some connection instability between you and Shop Uploader. This can sometimes happen.
- Try the upload again.
- Try refreshing the page
- Try closing the tab and reopening Shop Uploader
- Information you entered might not be correct
